If you're not familiar with the Madame Butterfly variety of snapdragons, you're in for a huge treat. Snapdragons have gone unnoticed and underrated for far too long. These ruffly double bloomed snaps make for a great cut flower and are relatively easy to grow. Each floret looks like a tiny rosebud and the colors are vibrant as well. We sell this bronze colorway individually because we love it so much, however, we also offer a mix. The bronze starts off in a pinkish-orange and then fades to a dark orangey bronze. It's quite striking.
SEED COUNT: 50 seeds
Planting instructions: Start seeds indoors (direct seeding outdoors not recommended) by pressing seeds into soil. Do not cover, they need light to germinate. Place by a sunny window or under a grow light. Place in a tray and water from the bottom (overhead watering can mold the seeds). Harden off and transplant outside when the danger of frost has passed and the plant is about 2"-3" tall. Pinching back the center of the plant will produce side shoots and more flowers but will push back flowering time a little.
