A vibrant mix of red, pink, white, purple, and golden radishes make for a very colorful harvest. Sow seeds in 2-week succession for continual harvest. Slice these up and pickle a few jars full or garnish your veggie bowls to help you feel like a master chef. To store cut off the tops of the radishes and store in a plastic bag or container in the fridge. Harvest around 25-27 days or before the radishes grow too large and pithy. Radishes also make a good starter vegetable for new gardeners and children alike. They are quick to harvest and very satisfying to grow and pluck from the soil.
