This "candy stripe" beet is certainly a show stopper and is sweet enough to eat raw. Its bright reddish-pink exterior opens up to a striped inside. Roots are flattened globe-shaped with short, attractive bright green tops. This variety is adapted to be bolt-tolerant and has a pretty consistent shape and size per plant.
