
This super compact squash plant is one of a kind in that it can easily be grown in a container. The lighter cream colored skin opens up to a bright orange flesh. It grows to about 6 to 7 inches long and weighs 4 to 8 ounces. The smaller version of the butternut squash makes for a good portion for one or two people. Each plant yields about 9 fruit each.
SEED COUNT: 25 seeds
Planting instructions: Sow seeds 1 inch deep and 4-5 feet apart. This allows for enough spread and a larger harvest. Or try growing in large containers and allow to overflow the surrounding ground. Use on a large trellis hoop as well. Harvest fruit when the plant dies back or after a frost.
