This parrot tulip is a pale lavender/blue flower that is reminiscent of the amazing grey poppy that we also carry. Its pale grayish lavender double petals with ruffled edges are a perfect addition to your cut flower garden or naturalized landscaping. It grows on strong tall stems reaching up to 22" in height and is somewhat late blooming. Plan your garden with both early blooming and late blooming varieties for a nonstop spring parade of colors.
Pack of 10 Bulbs
Growing Instructions: Plant bulbs in the fall when the weather is around 60˚ consistently. Sow bulbs 6" deep and 3-6" apart (depending on the desired effect) in well-draining water. It is important to allow the foliage to die back naturally as this is when next season's bloom is forming. Cut back dead growth after it has all died back. Fertilize in early spring.
